As the restaurant Lead Receiver, you will be required to manage the receipt of food, beverage, equipment and disposable supplies. Conduct inventories and organize items in their appropriate location and method. Ensuring compliance for health and safety of all assets, compliance of all local, state, and federal regulations. Prepare and submit daily reports.
