Paid $15,000 Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability coverage What You'll Be Doing Lead the installation of HVAC systems in residential settings. Oversee jobsite coordination, ensuring timely and quality installations. Install ductwork, thermostats, and system components per job specifications. Perform system start-ups and verify functionality. Diagnose and resolve installation issues or system malfunctions. Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices. Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with local codes and safety regulations. Maintain clean and organized job sites, promoting safety and efficiency. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in HVAC installation, with lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid HVAC certification and EPA license.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
• Strong ability to guide teams, manage timelines, and communicate effectively.
• Capable of lifting equipment and working in confined spaces or at heights.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills.
