About The Position

As a Lead R&D Tech here at Honeywell, you will spearhead research and
development initiatives, driving innovation and technical excellence in product
development. You will play a pivotal role in leading technical projects,
collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring advanced solutions from
concept to reality.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager
and you’ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the advancement of Honeywell’s technology
portfolio by applying your expertise to develop and refine cutting-edge products
and processes. Your leadership will ensure the successful execution of R&D
projects that align with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop and validate new technologies and products.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and troubleshoot technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle.
