We are seeking Lead Quality Assurance to serve in the Provisioning. The candidate plays an own the overall test strategy and quality plan, Lead QA execution across releases/sprints, and Coordinate integration and end-to-end testing across teams/systems; validate interfaces and data flows. What You’ll Do Develop and own the comprehensive test strategy and quality plan, including scope, approach, environments, and entry/exit criteria. Lead QA execution across releases and sprints, managing planning, assignment, tracking, and reporting of testing activities. Collaborate with Product, Business Analysts, and Development teams to ensure requirements are testable and clarify acceptance criteria and edge cases. Create and maintain test artifacts such as test plans, cases, data, traceability matrices, and defect documentation. Drive test automation strategy by selecting tools, setting standards, increasing automation coverage, and managing unit/API/UI automation. Manage the defect lifecycle, including triage, prioritization, root-cause analysis, and verification of fixes, while coordinating integration and end-to-end testing across teams and systems. Oversee non-functional testing (performance, reliability, accessibility, and security), maintain environment readiness with DevOps, and establish quality metrics and dashboards. Support production quality by monitoring incidents, analyzing escaped defects, and implementing preventive improvements. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and at least 6 years of progressive experience in software development and solution architecture. Hands-on expertise with test automation tools (e.g., Postman) and frameworks to design, execute, and maintain automated test suites for API and UI testing. Proficient in testing microservices architectures, including API validation, contract testing, and verifying integrations and data flows between services. Skilled at writing and maintaining automated test scripts, creating reusable components, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and generating clear execution reports. Demonstrated AI proficiency, leveraging AI tools to accelerate test automation, generate test data, analyze failures, and enhance productivity in test design and documentation; knowledge of responsible AI practices and data privacy. Knowledgeable in telecom industry standards, business processes, and technology solutions, with proven ability to analyze and document complex business and technical requirements. Experienced in Agile environments, including sprint and release planning, and effective communication of technical concepts to business and IT audiences. Leadership in mentoring teams, conducting technical reviews, and maintaining documentation repositories. Our Lead Quality Assurance, earns between $118,800-$178,200 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
