About The Position

About the role As an SAP Test Automation QA lead - Worksoft / Tosca Expertise , you will make an impact by designing and implementing robust automation frameworks and strategies that drive efficiency and quality across SAP environments. You will be a valued member of our Quality Engineering and Assurance team, collaborating with infrastructure teams, business SMEs, and delivery stakeholders to enable seamless automation solutions. In this role, you will: · Define and implement automation frameworks, strategies, and plans for complex SAP projects. · Set up and validate automation tool infrastructure, ensuring optimal usage and performance. · Conduct proof-of-concepts for automation feasibility and identify potential bottlenecks. · Collaborate with business SMEs to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities. · Prepare delivery plans, estimations, and timelines, and publish progress reports on ROI and productivity. Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in test automation, including SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments .
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP automation tools such as Worksoft, Tosca, or UFT.
  • Proven track record as an Automation Lead (8+ years) and Automation Architect (5+ years).
  • Strong understanding of SAP E2E business flows and multiple functional modules.
  • Expertise in developing automation frameworks, strategies, and test plans.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems beyond SAP (e.g., Oracle, CRM, BPM).
  • Knowledge of additional automation tools for functional and performance testing.
  • Ability to build accelerators and reusable components for automation delivery.
  • Familiarity with QA/Test Management and Project Management practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead organizational automation initiatives.
