We are currently searching for a Test Automation Lead – C# : Responsibilities Design, write, and execute manual test cases , including exploratory and regression testing. Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for UI and APIs using Selenium and Page Object Model with C# . Identify, log, track, and validate defects using bug tracking tools, preferably Azure DevOps . Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers within Agile/Scrum teams to ensure quality delivery. Actively participate in Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, PI Planning, and test planning activities . Define test strategies and continuously improve QA processes and automation frameworks . Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test reports . Act as a bridge between QA and other teams to accelerate issue resolution and delivery timelines. Identify risks proactively and apply solution-oriented, critical thinking to ensure product quality. Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders. Requirements 5–6 years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance. Strong experience in test automation using C# , Selenium, and Page Object Model. Experience testing UI and APIs , including automated and manual approaches. Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments . Basic knowledge of SQL and Postman . Experience with defect tracking tools , preferably Azure DevOps . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills . Experience working with Microsoft web technology stack , especially C# . Desired Experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem , including Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Copilot, and Azure Application Insights . Previous experience in a QA Lead or Feature QA Lead role . Languages Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish. Requirements

5–6 years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Strong experience in test automation using C# , Selenium, and Page Object Model.
Experience testing UI and APIs , including automated and manual approaches.
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments .
Basic knowledge of SQL and Postman .
Experience with defect tracking tools , preferably Azure DevOps .
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .
Experience working with Microsoft web technology stack , especially C# .

Nice To Haves
