The role drives system integration, builds a robust training pipeline, standardizes evidence based care pathways, and advances outcomes driven quality improvement while maintaining an active clinical caseload aligned with areas of expertise and training needs. This position sits at the lead psychologist level within the UPMC clinical psychologist career ladder, with opportunities to expand protected administrative time and scope as program development, workforce growth, and system integration milestones are achieved. Sign-On Bonus Details: $5,000 for a 1-year contract $7,000 for a 2-year contract
