About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
- 8+ years of Medicaid proposal development experience.
- Demonstrated success in designing enterprise-level proposal quality frameworks.
- Advanced expertise in proposal evaluation methodologies.
- Ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.
- Strong command of RFP compliance and scoring logic.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment skills.
- Demonstrated leadership across matrixed organizations.
Responsibilities
