Requirements

  • Strong technical aptitude combined with hands-on sales experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at fostering seller engagement and improving customer outcomes.
  • Passion for leveraging and rolling out digital tools to streamline business operations, specifically Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • Platform roll-out experience - Required
  • Large scale training and live user support experience - Required
  • Sales experience - Strongly Desired

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to enhance sales performance by integrating and optimizing digital platforms specifically including Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Develop and implement enablement strategies that equip sales teams with the tools and knowledge for success.
  • Develop and implement enablement strategies that equip sales teams with the tools and knowledge for success.
  • Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors by sharing project updates, facilitating meetings, and managing expectations.
  • Support projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards and budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee and support processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and team collaboration.
  • Manage cross-functional projects and contribute to the successful commercialization of mobility and fiber portfolios.
  • Translate complex business needs into scalable, practical solutions that foster adoption of digital platforms.
