You oversee a complex, high-visibility engagement and ensure strong delivery outcomes across a multiyear program. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, financial stewardship, and relationship management. You will be the primary driver of day-to-day operations, ensuring teams remain aligned, risks are proactively managed, and the engagement delivers both client value and business results. Success requires navigating ambiguity with confidence, creating structure where needed, and building trusted partnerships across technical and business stakeholder groups. Requirements

Structured thinking and the ability to synthesize across multiple workstreams

Familiarity and experience with Google Cloud Platform

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end delivery of the engagement, ensuring alignment to contractual commitments and program objectives
Track milestones, manage change, maintain delivery momentum, and re-baseline plans when conditions shift
Ensure outputs meet client expectations and Valtech quality standards
Plan, manage, and forecast staffing needs across workstreams
Balance seniority mix to achieve delivery quality and financial targets
Oversee onboarding, role clarity, and team cohesion
Identify risks and issues early, lead mitigation planning, and drive resolution
Escalate when challenges fall outside your authority or require senior alignment
Maintain accurate reporting on progress, risks, decisions, and financials
Build strong, trusted relationships with client leaders and cross-functional contributors
Set and manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain clear alignment across complex stakeholder landscapes
Serve as the primary point of communication and decision making for project matters
Provide transparent, timely updates to internal and external stakeholders
Support account growth by demonstrating delivery excellence and surfacing expansion opportunities
Build relationships that help uncover client needs and connect them to Valtech capabilities
Collaborate with account and executive leadership for strategic alignment and senior relationship building
Engage internal operations, finance, talent, and executive sponsors when deeper coordination is required
