About The Position
The HubSpot People team are on a mission to Help Grow Getters grow better together. The Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) team is looking for a dynamic Program Manager to build and drive critical talent management practices, with a particular focus on performance management. As a Program Manager within the Talent Management team, you will play a pivotal role, directly working with the Director of Talent Management to drive transformative talent initiatives. You will be instrumental in co-designing and managing key talent processes such as performance management and talent planning efforts. You will also contribute to unifying and expanding our talent philosophy into key programs and tools, making a significant impact on our organization. We're looking for a strategic and results-oriented Program Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and lead impactful change in a dynamic environment.
