Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
  • OR (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
  • OR (3) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree.
  • Business / Commerce (Bachelor's degree) or Engineering (Bachelor's degree) or Related Field of Study (Bachelor's degree).
  • Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Defines the objectives and strategies of the program or projects, to include strategic and company objectives consistent with customer and contractual requirements.
  • Develops and implements effective customer communications plans to provide timely communications, represent the voice of customer, build customer relationships, define customer objectives, and manage customer satisfaction.
  • Controls the timely start and completion of program tasks to assure fulfillment of program cost and schedule objectives.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables and timing are met.
  • Administer the project risk management process and prepare risk management plans.
  • Review project schedules with functional project managers and project coordinators allocated to projects.
  • Coordinate and support program delivery and processes.
  • Manage project reporting on project accomplishments, deliverables, and milestones against project drivers.
  • Coordinate each project within the program to ensure that objectives are achieved.
  • Communicate project status to project participants and stakeholders accurately and on time.
  • Communicate with the customers and the project team, and conduct project meetings.
