JOB FUNCTION: Process and schedule clients lead-based paint hazard audits and perform routine office tasks. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Process clients placing information in system and determining income eligibility Coordinate with Program Manager and Program Coordinator in scheduling all appointments with contractors Coordinate and attend outreach events Assist Program Coordinator in relocation of households when necessary Assist Program Coordinator in scheduling moderate levels of repair when necessary Assist Program Coordinator in maintaining client waiting list Answer incoming phone calls; processing reports and other documents, when necessary; basic filing; Attend required conferences and training sessions.
