Requirements

  • Experience Required: Background in intake, sales, or receptionist roles; legal experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools like Lawmatics, as well as RingCentral and Google Workspace.
  • Decisive Leadership: Strong ability to make decisions and implement changes independently.
  • Client-First Mindset: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with potential clients.
  • Growth Orientation: Comfortable taking ownership and driving improvements based on data.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Intake Operations: Handle and manage all inbound inquiries, setting the stage for client interactions.
  • Client Conversion: Convert leads into signed clients by strategically managing follow-up processes.
  • System Ownership: Manage the intake technology stack, including Lawmatics, establishing streamlined workflows.
  • Build Processes: Develop and evolve the intake systems to accommodate increasing client volume.
  • Performance Metrics: Drive outcomes by achieving key performance indicators such as client sign-ups and case values.
  • Google Reviews: Proactively encourage and capture client reviews to enhance firm reputation.
  • Decision Making: Execute strategic decisions with autonomy, aligning with firm objectives.
