About The Position

This position serves as a focal point in the Maintenance Department during off shifts, ensuring that management's directives are executed. Pepsi Bottling Ventures is recognized as the nation’s largest private bottler and distributor of Pepsi beverages. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Five (5) years industrial maintenance experience.
  • One (1) year PLC programming/troubleshooting experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience in fabricating.
  • Three (3) years of experience in machine shop skills.
  • Three (3) years of experience in electrical.
  • Three (3) years of experience in pneumatics.
  • Three (3) years of experience in computers.
  • Three (3) years of experience in welding.
  • Three (3) years of experience in rigging.
  • A good work ethic for daily physically and mentally challenging work is needed.
  • Good oral and written communication skills required.
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
  • Must be able to speak, read and comprehend English.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree and one (1) year PLC programming.

Responsibilities

  • Performs diagnostic troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Monitors, reports and documents the ABB PM program.
  • Observes, reports and documents the OEE program along with the Work Procedures and the Inventory Control System.
  • Other duties as assigned.
