About The Position

JOB DETAILS Base pay starts at $20.00 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift Shift: 2nd Shift 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - Thursday, overtime as designated

Requirements

• Hands-on leader and role model with high integrity and positive influence
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent track record driving employee engagement
• Computer Literate – Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word, SAP preferred
• Dedication to quality in all aspects of the job
• Must be able to bend, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities

• Safely lead the activities of team members in the production of quality products
• Guarantee and maintain a safe work environment
• Assist in training and coaching of new employees
• Ensure onboarding and training requirements for new employees are met
• Maintain open communication in motivating employees to meet quality and productivity goals
• Utilize problem solving techniques, team building strategies and process improvement tools to meet or exceed goals and objectives
• Know and understand all operations within the assigned area
• Be approachable for employee questions and concerns at all times
• Assume production responsibilities of Team Lead in his/her absence
• Other related duties as assigned
