Lead Product Technology

AT&TDallas, TX
5dOnsite

About The Position

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. At AT&T, we empower leaders to drive change in a fast-evolving, connected world. Your strategic vision will help serve customers and transform lives through innovative solutions and impactful connections. Key Responsibilities: Define and evolve product technology vision and north-star outcomes aligned to wholesale/MVNO business objectives and partner enablement. Own the product roadmap and delivery plan, converting ambiguity into clear requirements, decision frameworks, and phased execution that balances speed-to-market with durability. Translate between technical constraints (systems, APIs, security, data flows, network behavior, operational processes) and business needs (GTM, margin, customer and partner experience), ensuring shared understanding across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Partner with Architecture & Engineering teams to shape scalable, secure, high-performing solutions, including governance, observability, and controls appropriate for partner-facing ecosystems. Drive end-to-end launch readiness and operationalization: partner onboarding enablement, support model readiness, measurement/telemetry, and continuous improvement feedback loops. Lead cross-functional execution across Sales, Commercialization, Operations, Finance/Analytics, and Legal—aligning dependencies, resolving conflicts, and unblocking delivery. Use data-driven decisioning with Finance and Analytics to model forecasts and adoption assumptions and to inform sustainable offer/pricing and packaging strategies in a wholesale context. Embed guardrails-first thinking to protect customer experience and platform integrity (eligibility controls, policy/quality levers, compliance considerations, and operational risk mitigation). Identify and productize opportunities to reduce operational friction using automation and AI-enabled workflows—shifting from manual escalations toward standardized, tool-driven resolution paths. Develop and deliver executive-level narratives and presentations with crisp status, decision asks, risks, and mitigation plans; drive consensus and accountability.

  • Familiarity with API/platform enablement concepts (standardized interfaces, governance, security controls, observability).
  • Experience shaping product strategy using forecasting, financial modeling, and data-driven decisioning (adoption assumptions, pricing/packaging, margin sustainability).
  • Comfort partnering with Legal/Commercial teams to translate product intent into partner-ready requirements, documentation, and contracting inputs.
  • Exposure to automation and AI-enabled workflow design, including responsible operationalization with governance and measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in tools such as Jira, Figma, and product analytics platforms.
