The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance. This role provides end-to-end product ownership and business analysis leadership for DTCC’s Enterprise Resiliency Dashboard (ERD) and PagerDuty platforms. It is accountable for translating enterprise resiliency and incident-management needs into clear product direction, prioritized delivery, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years’ experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst roles.
  • Strong understanding of incident management, resiliency, and observability workflows.
  • Experience owning cross-platform integrations and complex operational processes.
  • Ability to lead and influence in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ERD and PagerDuty.
  • Lead business requirements discovery, documentation, and prioritization with full traceability.
  • Develop UI/UX wireframes and mock-ups for application features
  • Partner with Engineering on sprint planning, releases, and platform stability.
  • Serve as the primary product interface for stakeholders and ensure governance alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement using incident data and platform metrics.
