About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a motivated Product Manager to build out strategic roadmap of features within the Servicing -- Payments and Collections environment and demonstrates highly organized and pragmatic problem-solving approaches. In this role, you will: Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services Review and analyze complex major product lines and services Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer Facilitate and lead discovery to refine features leveraging quantitative and qualitative analysis to deliver value and manage risk. Maintain collaborative relationships with several stakeholder units within the business and enterprise. Organize backlog and scrum team execution to deliver timely with high quality

Requirements

5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
Auto Lending product experience
SAFe Agile operating experience
Ability to utilize SQL language for data analysis
Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
