In this role, you will: Advise senior leadership on developing and influencing business strategies, business requirements, and product direction to meet complex business and technical needs. Oversee end‑to‑end product management and strategic vision for highly technical, diverse, and enterprise‑wide products and services. Lead strategy formulation and resolution of complex, enterprise‑level challenges by identifying opportunities, synergies, and cross-organizational alignment. Deliver innovative, long-term, large-scale solutions that account for global market trends, regulatory considerations, and enterprise risk management. Provide vision, expertise, and guidance to leadership on designing and implementing strategic business solutions for Wells Fargo’s targeted product line. Define and communicate product vision, set scope and priorities, manage the backlog, and establish goals to guide teams in designing, developing, and delivering future‑focused financial products. Partner and collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum teams, project managers, and delivery partners across the organization. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, offering insights and direction on complex product and business decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Financial services experience with a strong business banking background, including product strategy, product development, and product management for business customers (<$25MM revenue), with expertise in deposit products.
  • Deep understanding of product and program management, including roadmap creation, strategic planning, and end‑to‑end lifecycle management—from ideation through market launch.
  • Demonstrated ability to design strategies and build deposit products and solutions tailored to business banking needs.
  • Strong relationship management, influencing, strategic visioning, and execution capabilities; effective working across executive leadership, channels, marketing, operations, and cross‑functional partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver clear, concise, and compelling executive‑level presentations that influence decision‑making and align senior stakeholders.
