About The Position

We are looking for a Senior PM Lead to define and execute the demand-side strategy, focusing on helping SMBs acquire, retain, and grow their customer base through intuitive, data-driven advertising products. You will have a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including search, social, retail media networks, and CTV, as well as experience with tools like Facebook’s Ads Manager. The candidate demonstrates deep empathy for SMBs—especially understanding their Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) in digital advertising. You’ll turn insights into practical, impactful product decisions, building solutions that are intuitive, high-ROI, and tightly integrated into existing merchant workflows. Experience with SMB-focused features is critical. This role requires balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution, leveraging data-driven decision-making to optimize ad inventory and placement strategies. You will collaborate across engineering, design, and external partners to develop scalable solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for SMBs. Success in this role requires a strong customer orientation, comfort navigating ambiguity, and the strategic acumen to align merchant goals with broader PayPal Ads objectives.
