We’re hiring a Lead Product Manager, Retention to own one of the most critical challenges in our business: turning early parent value into consistent, habitual engagement that drives long-term retention. You’ll diagnose where and why parents drop off, make hard prioritization calls, and rebuild the core engagement loops that bring parents back consistently. At the same time, you’ll define and execute a longer-term vision for a deeply personalized, habit-forming product experience. This is a hands-on player-coach role. You will directly own high-impact retention work while managing and developing a junior PM. You’ll be expected to operate in the details, shaping product thinking, reviewing work closely, and raising the bar for execution across the team. You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering, Data, Content, and Marketing to deliver measurable improvements in engagement and retention. This role reports to the Head of Product and is a hybrid role with three days a week onsite at our office in Midtown Manhattan.
