About The Position
At Headspace, we’re on a mission to revolutionize mental health care by ensuring lifelong access to support for everyone. As the Lead Product Manager on the Platform team, you will define and execute the strategy behind our foundational systems that power partner-facing and internal tooling. You’ll partner across Headspace to build scalable, resilient infrastructure that enhances the experience of our employer and health plan partners, while enabling our internal teams to serve them with excellence. This is a senior product leadership role for a systems-oriented PM passionate about scaling infrastructure, driving strategic alignment, and delivering measurable business value.
