Kforce's large Retailer client in San Francisco, CA is looking for a Lead Product Manager for their online registry team. Summary: The Lead Product Manager, Gift Registry will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for their multi-brand registry experience - spanning both digital and in-store channels. This person will lead efforts to modernize and reimagine how customers create, manage, and share registries across our brands. This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on, combining customer empathy with analytical rigor. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting joyful, high-impact consumer experiences while also driving measurable growth in key registry KPIs - creation, engagement, purchase conversion, and retention. This role will collaborate deeply with their brand leaders, store operations, marketing, and technology teams to create a unified, emotionally resonant, and high-performing registry platform.
