Role Overview Help shape one of the most critical moments in the shopping journey. As Lead Product Manager, you’ll own the vision and strategy for the shopping experience in our Fanatics App, driving revenue, conversion, and customer delight. This role sits at the heart of our eCommerce platform, blending customer insight, design, and technology to deliver a seamless, best-in-class shopping flow.

Requirements

  • 7 + years of product management experience, ideally with mobile app and web experience with a focus on seamless interactions and visual delight.
  • Proven track record of shipping products that drive growth and customer impact.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills; comfortable with both data and customer narratives.
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator who can align diverse teams around a shared vision.
  • Experience in agile development, with the ability to lead through influence in a fast-moving environment.
  • Passion for building customer-centric experiences that remove friction and drive results.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or related advanced degree.
  • Background in computer science, business administration, or similar.
  • Comfort discussing technical concepts and trade-offs with engineers and non-technical stakeholders alike.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the roadmap for the Fanatics App, shopping experience from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Use data, research, and customer insights to uncover friction points and turn them into measurable improvements in conversion and engagement.
  • Partner with design to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible experiences across desktop and mobile.
  • Collaborate with engineering to balance speed, feasibility, and business impact.
  • Set clear KPIs, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize the experience.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in eCommerce and shopping to inspire innovation.
