About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead the development and scaling of enterprise-grade data products that unlock actionable insights for organizations. As the Lead Product Manager, you will define the long-term product vision, prioritize high-value use cases, and oversee commercialization strategies for Enterprise Insights. You will work at the intersection of data, analytics, and enterprise SaaS, collaborating closely with engineering, data, sales, and compliance teams to build scalable and impactful solutions. This high-visibility, strategic role requires strong product judgment, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive results in a fast-moving, regulated environment. You will influence both product and business outcomes while mentoring teams and establishing repeatable processes for growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with enterprise B2B data products or fintech platforms.
  • Proven experience leading 0→1 product launches with measurable commercial impact.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data pipelines, and signal frameworks.
  • Experience working with structured transaction data, underwriting, risk, or financial systems.
  • Ability to navigate complex commercial environments and work closely with enterprise sales teams.
  • Comfort operating in regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
  • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to define, measure, and operationalize success metrics.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for Enterprise Insights, aligning with business goals and strategic priorities.
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact enterprise use cases powered by structured transaction and behavioral data.
  • Develop pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies to maximize revenue, adoption, and long-term retention.
  • Partner with enterprise sales and external partners on deal structuring, integrations, and solution implementation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to define scalable data models, APIs, and signal frameworks.
  • Establish reusable product infrastructure, internal playbooks, documentation, and best practices to support future product expansion.
  • Drive business case development, investment prioritization, and KPI measurement tied to revenue, adoption, and customer value.
