Our DTC team is looking for hardworking team-players to join the Viewer Experience team, who will thrive upon the legacy of Disney and Hulu, embrace unconventional thinking, and who are passionate about contributing to The Walt Disney Company’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience through strategic hard work and determination. The Disney DTC Viewer Experience organization is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Content Management Systems (CMS) to join the Self-Service Product team and scale a global platform powering Disney+ and Hulu Help Centers. In this role, you will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a CMS and editorial tools that enable Content, Social, and Localization teams to create, manage, and publish high-quality support content for millions of viewers around the world. You will solve complex operational challenges and lead the evolution of a foundational product that drives efficiency, accelerates time to publish, and enables scalable growth. This role requires strong product leadership across workflow systems, content architecture, platform integrations, and innovation. We’re seeking a strategic product leader who thrives in ambiguity, balances business and engineering tradeoffs, and influences global stakeholders. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable defining long-term direction and diving into execution details to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
