About The Position

Entegris is seeking a Product Management Lead for our Liquid Packaging product line, which is engineered to ensure the safe storage, transport, and dispensing of ultrapure chemicals used in critical manufacturing environments in the semiconductor, life sciences, and specialty chemical industries. This new Product Manager will be responsible for driving the growth, optimization, and strategic evolution of existing product lines by aligning customer needs, market trends, and cross-functional execution for this dynamic business unit.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Marketing , with several years of experience in the semiconductor or related industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward shared business goals.
  • Solid foundation in marketing fundamentals: P&L ownership, pricing, margin management, and sales enablement.
  • Strong business acumen and decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and develop sound options.
  • A confident and timely decision-maker, especially in dynamic or shifting environments.
  • Advanced skillset in analyzing industry trends and aligning market insights with business objectives to support informed decision-making and drive growth
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Oversee P&L management, including financial reporting and analysis tools such as growth trees and risks & opportunities (R&Os).
  • Coordinate S&OP and S&OE execution across a 0-18 month planning horizon to support operational and strategic objectives.
  • Support achievement of Customer Experience Index (CXI) targets and lead key account plan execution to drive satisfaction and growth.
  • Align cross-functional teams, resolve risks and blockers, and drive fast, effective execution through streamlined collaboration models.
  • Manage product portfolio performance, including rationalization, profitability, inventory, excess & obsolescence (E&O), strategic planning and margin optimization.
  • Drive operational efficiency and supply planning to improve margins while balancing inventory and on-time shipments.
  • Coordinate needs for product improvements with engineering, manage change through the system and communicate to the market.
  • Engage key customers through VOC, TRMs, and relationship management to strengthen partnerships and gather actionable insights.
