About the Role : This hands-on role is responsible for leading all technical development and architectural decisions for the company's web applications. The successful candidate will manage collaborations with external developers and agencies while building new features, integrations, and solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on problem-solving, delivering high-quality software, and shaping the product from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building web applications.
  • Proficiency in Jamstack, Next.js, React, Tailwind, Vercel, and other modern web technologies.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills for remote teams or agencies.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Autonomous, results-oriented, with a “get stuff done” mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with remote-first development teams.
  • Familiarity with mentoring or guiding other developers.
  • Central/South America candidates for optimal US Eastern Time overlap.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and architecture of web applications using Jamstack, Next.js, React, Tailwind, and Vercel.
  • Build new product features and integration solutions while ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Oversee and coordinate external developers and agencies, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize development work and align it with business goals.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship for potential future hires in development roles.
  • Identify technical risks and propose solutions to improve the product and development process.
