About The Position

This role is for a Lead Footwear Product Developer on the North America, Global Express Lane Footwear Product Creation Team, focusing on driving product excellence for the North America Jordan consumer in a fast-paced, close-to-market environment. The position involves leading Jordan footwear projects across Men’s, Women’s, and Kids, transforming 2D designs and tech packs into 3D, market-ready samples. The developer will ensure projects meet design intent, performance, cost, sustainability, and timing expectations, aligning with the needs of the North America Jordan consumer and the Express Lane business. The role requires close partnership with various footwear functions including Color and Material Design, Material Development, Product Management, PCC/PMO, Global Product Teams, Sourcing, Planning, and Operations, navigating Nike’s matrixed environment to uphold Global Footwear Development standards and product excellence. The Lead Product Developer will also serve as the primary liaison between PCC/PMO partners and the WHQ product team, ensuring clear and accurate communication throughout the product development process.

Requirements

Seasoned footwear development leader with 6+ years of experience
Strong technical foundation across the footwear creation process
Ability to lead complex initiatives
Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Ability to drive innovation through Nike’s INLINE product creation model
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Design, Engineering, Physical Sciences or related field, or any suitable combination of education, experience and training
Travel up to 15% as needed
