Lightbox Creative Solutions (LBCS) is transforming the retail media landscape by delivering innovative and creative marketing campaigns for top global brands. We produce creative executions that are insights-driven, on-brand, and ultimately lead to a memorable experience for the end-user while driving impact for advertisers. Position: Lead Producer Overview: The Lead Producer will be responsible for to executing omni-channel campaigns and programs for Walmart Connect (WMC). This complex, cross-functional role is responsible for project management and implementation of campaigns that span the Walmart ecosystem. This role reports to the Creative Solutions Director and collaborates with the Lead Creative Strategist and the Art Director to support a specific strategic business unit. They will also partner with WMC cross-functional teams to help deliver high-impact marketing and advertising solutions for clients. The ideal candidate is an inspiring leader and people manager who can set a vision and lead people through change. They are collaborative, creative and highly organized who can oversee multiple campaigns concurrently for a specific vertical channel. They will play a crucial role in bringing customized programs to life, ultimately driving revenue and meeting the needs of advertisers and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 8+ years' experience in project management experience in marketing, agency, e-commerce, advertising media, or related field.
  • Experience in leading a highly productive project management team.
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills and excels at attention to detail.
  • Highly collaborative and strong relationship-building skills. Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines. Enjoys working with other and collaborating with a positive attitude.
  • Understanding of shopper marketing, account management, and retail media or digital media landscape.
  • Ability to identify risks and dependencies, define schedules, and work independently.
  • Must have experience within the Workfront tool

Responsibilities

  • Leads and inspires a team of producers to collectively oversee and execute creative and marketing projects.
  • Leads and manages multiple creative projects, engaging directly with business partners, and across the vertical team.
  • Builds and maintains healthy professional relationships, possesses strong business acumen and project management skills, and can triage, delegate, and support tasks for fast-moving initiatives.
  • Thrives in ambiguity, constantly pivoting, adapting, and adjusting.
  • Requires strong critical thinking skills to manage and support the team effectively through change.
  • Manages the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analyzes creative data to determine capacity and scope across the team.
  • Helps to execute innovative ideas, campaigns and programs in partnership with their SBU team and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Takes an active role in management approvals, execution, and measurement of campaigns and programs.
  • Demonstrate a spirit of partnership, collaboration, and operational agility and excellence.
