Working at the EPISCenter Our EPISCenter in Dayton, OH is the headquarters for all of Aviation Power Engineering. Our Engineers develop new technologies and deliver state-of-the-art products such as hybrid-electric aircraft, the latest military platforms, and SiC technology. This facility is also home to a 155,000-square-foot laboratory that includes 7 high power test cells totaling 15 MW, an EMI chamber, an electronics lab, a rapid build prototype lab, and a real-time simulator lab with all the latest equipment. Role Overview The Lead Process Assurance Engineer reports to the Sub-Section Manager for Process Assurance within the Chief Engineer’s Office for US Power. The ultimate mission of Process Assurance is to provide independent assurance that engineering plans and processes are followed and that engineering outputs are the result of suitable, rigorous, and structured processes enacted throughout the product lifecycle. The Lead Process Assurance Engineer will conduct activities to ensure engineering compliance to applicable regulatory, industry, customer, and company standards.
