These roles will support portfolio-level planning, value tracking, OKR alignment, and Lean Portfolio Management processes that enable prioritization, transparency, and improved business outcomes across DT. Opportunities may include: Identifying and managing business and engineering OKRs Supporting portfolio-level demand intake, prioritization, and roadmapping Implementing Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices Partnering with Product Management, Delivery, and VMO teams to drive value optimization Supporting or leading Portfolio Kanban processes from ideation through implementation Developing and maintaining value dashboards, metrics, and reporting Coaching teams on Lean best practices, value delivery, and continuous improvement Supporting governance and compliance across hybrid PLM/LPM environments Advising leadership on value realization and portfolio outcomes (Principal level)
