Requirements

Minimum: MSDE-OCC 90-Hour Certification
1+ year of classroom experience in early childhood settings
Strong communication and writing skills
Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
Full-Time
Monday to Friday
8-hour shifts

Nice To Haves

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Certifications in CPR and Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred

Responsibilities

Design and implement activities that promote self-esteem, social-emotional growth, and developmental milestones
Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum
Support children's learning through play and exploration
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
