About The Position

Pacific BMW is looking to hire a Service Drive Coordinator at our Dealership in Glendale. The department hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 6:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00am - 4:00 pm, this is a full-time 40hr per week position, and it is paid hourly.   Company Overview Pacific BMW is a family-owned Dealership operated in Glendale since 1982. Requirements

  • Required minimum of 3 years with a driver's license in the U.S.
  • Professional driving experience with an excellent parking record
  • Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining safe driving protocols
  • Detail-oriented and attentive to customers' needs
  • Ability to easily engage in conversation and personalize customer interactions
  • Superior work ethic, dependability and professionalism
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Manual & automatic transmission experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a main lead for the service drive operations by hiring, creating schedules, training, and coaching staff with manager approval
  • Provide guidance and direction on the basic processes such as lane designation, hats program, the role of advisors and the keybox
  • Proactively ensure that the Drive Operations team acknowledges and engages all guests visiting the Dealership following Pacific BMW’s standards
  • Solve customer issues independently as they arise on the Service Drive and escalate to management as needed
  • Delegate tasks such as shuttle driving, car delivery, and performing tire pressure monitor and oil/coolant top-offs
  • Check that all cars have been properly cleaned before the customer picks up the car and ensure all damages are noted accurately
  • Train staff on procedures related to the Tag Program, Get Ready Log, and opening and closing procedures
  • Serve as a liaison and maintain constant communication between customers, Service Advisors, and Technicians as needed
  • Familiarize and utilize the Dealership computer programs, such as Microsoft 365 and Tekion
  • Assist with off-loading vehicles from tow trucks
  • Organize vehicles on-site and off-site to ensure space optimization
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks, reports, and duties as needed
