This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for ensuring every vehicle delivered to our customers is in showroom condition. Requirements
- Porter Experience Required: Must have previous experience in a dealership or professional automotive cleaning setting.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team or manage workflow effectively.
- Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license and the ability to safely operate various vehicle types is a must.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stay on your feet and move quickly throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Direct: Oversee a team of porters to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
- Quality Control: Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and readiness before customer delivery.
- Lot Management: Coordinate the movement of inventory to maintain a professional and accessible lot.
- High-Pace Execution: Thrive in a "fast-track" environment where timing is everything.
