About The Position

As a Lead Pool Guest Attendant, you will set the stage for an excellent guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the pool staff to meet safety standards, service delivery, cleanliness and ambiance; work with supporting departments to meet operational needs.
• Ensure the staff is providing safety by watching over water and deck areas and responding to emergency situations; adhere to company policies and legal requirements regarding safety, health, and welfare of guests, employees, and the property.
• Ensure the staff is proactively greeting and interacting with guests while adhering to company service standards; assist all guests with pool side needs to include seating, towels, hours of operations, ADA requirements, amenities, directions and other needs.
• Ability to direct guests to key locations in the property including emergency exits and procedures.
• Respond and resolve guest needs in a timely manner and creatively solve problems with the ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties.
• Supervise the completion of daily pool set-up and breakdown needs, cleaning, linen distribution and maintaining attentiveness to the environment to enhance guest experience.
