About The Position

As a seasonal Cook at the Pool Bar & Café, you will bring fresh flavor, smooth service, and summer energy to every dish you create. Using your culinary skills and attention to detail, you will help deliver elevated poolside dining that enhances each guest’s experience and creates those signature WOW moments Beau Rivage is known for.

Requirements

  • Meets the minimum age requirement of 18 years of age or older
  • Feels confident working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with various culinary tools and equipment
  • Takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and maintaining high health and sanitation standards

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute menu items with precision, following established recipes and culinary standards.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout all back-of-house area
  • Ensure guest safety by following all food handling procedures and health department regulations
  • Demonstrate strong foundational culinary skills, including preparation of base sauces, stocks, and soups
  • Plate dishes with care, consistency, and an eye for detail to ensure every order meets presentation standards
