Lead Plumbing Service Technician

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3-5 years’ plumbing experience, integrity, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and the ability to effectively offer the best solutions for our customers' plumbing needs. Join our team and receive a $5,000 sign on bonus for qualifying candidates Income: $26-$35 Depending on Experience, Plus Commissions Schedule: Monday – Friday | Tuesday-Saturday
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ plumbing experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver license and insurable driving record
- Must pass drug and background screens
- Ability to work independently and self-manage
- Able to adapt to new roles and responsibilities
- General sales skills and aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with technology
- Well-Groomed Appearance required.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance and functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Prepare cost estimates
- Collect payment for services rendered when required
- Follow through on job problems and communicate issues with Dispatch
- Keep abreast of all company sales promotions and pricing
- Attend training classes and seminars to maintain expertise in the field
