About The Position
Overview The Role Leads assigned plumbing install crew providing sewer and drain repair services. Completes and maintains all certifications for operating special and heavy equipment. Knowledgeable of pipe bursting techniques, and open trench plumbing repair. Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations. Is aware of and follows all current company and OSHA jobs site safety procedures. Provides quality control and quality assurance for sewer and drain repair jobs. Ensures every customer is 100% satisfied with repair. Prepares for jobs by reviewing Statement of Work, and ensure required material and equipment is on hand for job. Oversees maintenance of all equipment utilized by team. Ensures closeout packages are prepared and uploaded for every job. Ensures invoices are collected for every job. Provides subject matter expertise to crew as needed.
