About The Position

The Role: Entegris is seeking a Plant Finance Lead to join our team in Decatur, TX. If hired into this role, you will provide key financial decision support for the site leadership at our manufacturing plant in Decatur, TX. You will be a key business partner, providing operational/cost accounting analyses and maintaining plant cost accounting processes, in support of plant operations In this role you will: Be a key business partner by providing financial direction to plant management team , manging the budget/forecast, and advising on productivity projects Provide recommendations to improve site performance Lead Monthly/Annual Forecasting/Budgeting Ensure the plant financial forecasts and budgets are aligned with Operational, MS Division and Corporate goals Establish standard costing rates and partner with Operations to update material cost, BOM and routings for cost roll Review/explain the variances and plant performance Business/Operations Decision Support Provide timely plant results and drive accountability. Complete month end close tasks ensuring that financial statements related to the Plant are properly stated and conform to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), including inventory valuations and reserve amounts Provide financial education/training and guidance to non-finance employees

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, and at least 5+ years' experience working in a manufacturing, supply chain, or related environment
Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Experience turning financial data and analyses into insights
Cost Accounting knowledge
SAP experience
Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Financial modeling and analysis experience
Good communication skills; written and verbal

Business Intelligence experience a plus

Responsibilities

Compensation: $114,000 - $140,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
