About The Position

Duly Health and Care in Burr Ridge is seeking a Lead Physical/Occupational Therapist to join their expanding rehabilitation services. This role is part of Duly’s commitment to providing timely access, manageable caseloads, and a positive work environment for therapists, allowing clinicians to focus on patient-centered care. Therapists at Duly practice at the top of their license, building long-term relationships with patients and collaborating with over 1,200 partner providers across 50+ specialties, including six ambulatory surgery centers and comprehensive ambulatory services like imaging, laboratory, and rehabilitation. The position offers autonomy in delivering personalized care, supported by a strong internal referral network. The Physical Rehabilitation team in Burr Ridge supports specialties such as sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics, emphasizing collaboration, quality time with patients, and professional growth. The role involves working alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team-based environment. The schedule is designed to prioritize quality over volume, with 60-minute initial evaluations, 30-minute follow-up visits, no double-booking, and built-in documentation time. A predictable full-time schedule is maintained, Monday through Friday, with two evenings per week until 7 PM (last patient scheduled at 6 PM). Duly supports professional growth through structured mentorship, a robust continuing education platform, a New Graduate Mentorship Program, Special Interest Groups, and clear pathways into leadership, education, and specialty roles within a network of 39 clinics and over 200 PTs and OTs. There are no required marketing or business development responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Degree of an accredited physical therapy or occupational therapy curriculum
  • Certification in Physical/Occupational Therapy and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university
  • Bachelor's Degree in physical therapy or occupational therapy
  • Current PT or OT license in the state of Illinois
  • Two or more years of clinical experience

Responsibilities

  • Practice at the top of your license, forming trusted relationships and collaborating with leading physicians
  • Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume, including 60-minute initial evaluations, 30-minute follow-up visits, and no pressure to double-book
  • Maintain a predictable full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, two evenings per week until 7 PM, with last patient scheduled at 6 PM
  • Work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team-based environment
