Job Overview The Lead Pharmacy Technician, Care Team will report to the Pharmacy Supervisor, Care Team. This role serves as a subject-matter expert for patient and provider-facing pharmacy workflows, ensuring accurate information flow, high-quality customer service, including de-escalation when needed, and appropriate escalations to pharmacists. The Lead Pharmacy Technician coordinates efficiently across pharmacy teams and acts as the primary resource for front-line technicians, providing real-time guidance and driving consistent and efficient workflows.
