Requirements

  • Currently licensed and registered, or eligible for licensure and registration as a Pharmacist by the State of New York
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. Degree
  • Degree from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy

Nice To Haves

  • At least 5 years' experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy setting
  • Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 residency
  • Patient education experience
  • Additional certifications or specializations (e.g., BCPS, BCSCP, BCNP)
  • Experience in sterile compounding and aseptic techniques
