About The Position

Tareen Dermatology is seeking a licensed Pharmacist Dispensary Lead to lead daily dispensary operations across our clinic locations. This role blends hands-on pharmacy practice with people leadership, operational oversight, and collaboration with clinical and administrative leaders. The ideal candidate is a pharmacist who enjoys mentoring teams, improving workflows, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

Active Minnesota Pharmacist license
PharmD required
2+ years of pharmacy experience (clinical, retail, or specialty pharmacy)
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills
Patient-focused mindset with attention to detail and quality

Responsibilities

Supervise and support dispensary staff, including scheduling, training, and day-to-day workflow oversight
Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and company policies
Provide hands-on pharmacy coverage, including prescription verification, dispensing, insurance processing, and patient counseling
Oversee inventory management, vendor coordination, and loss prevention
Partner with the Dispensary Director on staffing, performance management, and process improvements
Support new initiatives, systems, and clinic expansions as needed
