The Lead person role is to provide direction and support to ensure all tasks and objectives are completed successfully. Key Responsibilities: Knowledge and understanding of all tasks within a department. Using tools such as a hook, knife and equipment to safely and properly dress carcasses. Communicate with employees and management to quickly and effectively resolve production issues or concerns. If contamination is present, use a hook and knife to remove any visible contamination. Follow proper sanitation procedures NOTE: this description is not intended to be all inclusive.
