Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of quarry operations, safety protocols, and equipment.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Must be willing to work night shift.
