What You'll Be Doing Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety standards. Provide leadership and support to team members for meeting production goals. Monitor equipment and processes to identify areas needing maintenance or improvement. Maintain accurate records and reports related to production activities. Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and address operational challenges.
