About The Position

A Lead Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients. This position balances a complex daily workload, with multiple conflicting priorities, while providing superior customer service. They will serve as a resource to the Clinic Manager as well as a mentor to other Patient Care Coordinators by providing support, guidance and training as needed Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements

  • 3 years Experience in a Patient Care Coordinator or customer service type role with progressively increasing responsibilities.
  • 2 years Experience in an administrative medical office type role in Providence or 3 years external administrative medical office type role.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
  • 6 months Progressively responsible leadership experience.
