About The Position

Our client, a fast-growing legal operations organization, is seeking a Lead Paralegal to support attorneys and clients in personal injury matters across the United States. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced legal professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The role involves managing attorney relationships, client communications, and ensuring the smooth progression of cases from sign-up through resolution while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of paralegal experience required
  • Strong experience in personal injury or high-volume plaintiff-side litigation preferred
  • Prior experience supporting multiple attorneys and managing high caseloads
  • Proficiency with PI CMS (e.g., Litify, Filevine).
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build trust quickly with attorneys, clients, and internal teams
  • Strong organizational and case management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up and documentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong ownership of case outcomes
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between attorneys, clients, and the legal operations team
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout treatment and the full case lifecycle
  • Provide detailed case status reports and regular updates to attorneys and law firm partners
  • Coordinate with intake specialists, case managers, and demand reviewers to ensure cases progress efficiently
  • Identify and resolve delays, bottlenecks, or issues before they impact outcomes
  • Ensure attorneys have accurate and timely case information readily available
  • Support case progression from initial intake through settlement and resolution
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential case files and documentation
  • Deliver a high-touch client service experience while managing case velocity
